This chorizo is made from Iberico pigs that have been fattened on acorns in the last 10-12 weeks of their lives. The rich flavour of the acorn-fed pork is blended beautifully with garlic, salt and mild smoked paprika to create a simple, yet delicious chorizo with deep, smokey, nutty flavours.
