Brindisa Morcilla Black Pudding



This Catalan Spanish black pudding is soft and crumbly, and contains a large quantity of onion giving it a pleasant sweetness. It can be fried, baked, grilled, poached or broken down into a stew to give a rich, deep flavour. We enjoy it poached, spread onto freshly toasted bread, topped with a fried egg and friend soft chorizo for a filling, indulgent breakfast.
