Description
Brindisa romesco sauce is a rich red pepper and almond sauce, made with sweet peppers, pureed tomatoes and ground hazelnuts. It has a creaminess to it which makes it a great accompaniment to fresh fish and seafood, as traditionally done by Catalan fishermen. It is also delicious with baked chicken, breadcrumbs and spring greens as a classic Mediterranean dinner.
