Description
These saffron strands may seem small, but pack a big punch of colour to any food they touch. They are the key to a vibrant golden yellow paella. The strands are hand-harvested from the purple crocus flower which in itself is a time-consuming process, but it takes 150 flowers to produce a single gram of these saffron strands. It is a process that takes up a lot of care and attention- a bit like making a paella for your loved ones.
