It uses the best corn and rice that Italy has to offer, as well as fresh spring water from the neighbouring Dolomites Mountains before it is slow dried for 18 hours to maintain nutritional content and not compromise the flavour and texture. This tagliatelle is perfect for a homemade ragu, or entwined with the Seggiano Puttanesca pasta sauce to create a hearty, delicious dinner.
